You will build and maintain project plans and tracking tools, engage partners across HR, IT, and Finance, and monitor activities while reporting key metrics to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive risk management and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven track record in HR systems projects such as HCM implementations.
• Experience in multi-country project management.
• Strong ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
