Job summary

Avantor is seeking an HR Process Analyst to support HR Partners across Europe by mapping, analyzing, and transforming HR operational processes. This role focuses on strengthening process consistency, improving knowledge quality, and enhancing operational readiness while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR knowledge with solid understanding of HR processes and operational requirements.
• Experience in HR operations, HR processes, or HR support functions is preferred.
• Experience with HR Shared Services or global/regional HR models is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and document local HR operational processes.
• Understand existing processes, local variations, and realities with HR teams.
• Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or risks and propose practical recommendations.
• Organize, analyze, and integrate HR data from multiple systems.
• Prepare process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based models.
• Contribute to improving employee experience through clearer self-service solutions.
• Review and maintain priority HR knowledge articles.
• Create and maintain standard checklists (onboarding, offboarding, recurring HR activities).
• Analyze data flows between HR systems and suggest improvements.
• Support HR digitalization and process transformation projects.
