Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is offering a 6-month paid internship in Wrocław. You will learn the GBS-HR payroll and time management processes, processing tasks under supervision and then independently contributing to daily activities.

The role requires English and Italian at least B2, and a willingness to learn. On-site presence is required at least 3 days a week, with tasks across data maintenance, reporting, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• English and Italian at least B2 level required.
• Student or graduate in HR Admin or related field.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data regularly.
• Attend trainings and workshops.
• Participate in team and country meetings.
• Process Time Management and Payroll transactions in the system.
• Handle multiple data entries in Time Management and Payroll systems.
• Support projects and team engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze reports.
• Respond to Payroll and Time Management inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
