UBS is seeking an HR Operations Intern for Italy, based in Kraków/Wroclaw. You will support life-cycle events,Absences and HR document processing, while handling inquiries with discretion. This full-time role requires strong organization and service mindset, with fluency in Italian and good English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Good knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
• Prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Handling basic HR lifecycle events such as OU changes and FTE changes.
• Managing employee absences and related documentation
• Processing and archiving HR documents
• Resolving basic employee inquiries
• Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
