Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on a fixed-term contract (12 months) to support the Devices & Services/AGI PXT Core Services group. You will serve as a frontline HR consultant to people managers, applying company policies and local programs to create a positive employee experience.

You will lead talent management, performance discussions, coaching, and change initiatives, collaborating with HR Business Partners and specialists across the organization to identify needs and deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Fluently in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with talent management, development, and performance processes.
• Coach and guide managers on compensation, change management, and policy interpretation.
• Investigate employee relations issues in coordination with Legal teams.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive HR programs.
• Collaborate with HR partners and specialists across businesses.
