Job summary

Demant Poland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (fixed term) to partner with leaders in our R&D function across Poland and Denmark. You will translate strategy into people initiatives that drive performance, engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The role is a fixed-term contract until end of November 2027, with a hybrid work model, flexible hours, and a chance to influence a global organization. Occasional travel to HQ in Denmark is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience supporting leaders in R&D or global org.
• Excellent advisory and change-management skills.

• Drive employee engagement, support team development and a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Drive and support organizational effectiveness through change management, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
• Coach and advise leaders on leadership, talent management, workforce planning, performance and employee relations.
• Support employee engagement, inclusion, retention, and leadership development across the employee lifecycle.
• Leverage HR data and insights to support decision‑making and measure organizational performance.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation.

HR Business Partner (fixed term)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner/similar role to support and partner with leaders in our R&D function across our sites in Poland and Denmark. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with the business to translate strategy into people initiatives that drive performance, engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR specialist teams and support leaders through change, provide expert HR guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of people practices that enable business success.

This role is a fixed term contract until the end of November 2027
