• Experience in HR operations/administration or a similar process-driven HR environment.
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, changes, benefits, leave, offboarding).
• Proficiency with HR data platforms and tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations support for dedicated markets, including inquiries, time and attendance, payroll questions, and lifecycle processes.
• Update and maintain HR systems and employee records per global/local processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and HR documentation.
