Job summary

LEO Pharma, a global leader in medical dermatology, seeks an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR operational support for dedicated markets. You will work in ServiceNow and HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data in line with global and local requirements.

You will assist managers and employees in navigating HR processes with confidence. You will join Global People Services, partnering across functions and countries while based in Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations/administration in a process-driven HR environment.
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, changes, benefits, leave, offboarding).
• Proficiency with HR data platforms and data handling tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data/documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HR operational support for dedicated markets.
• Update and maintain HR systems and employee records per global/local processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and HR letters.
• Support benefits administration, leave of absence, sickness, time off, service awards.
• Monitor and resolve employee and manager queries in ServiceNow with timely service.
• Support payroll processes by collecting input and following checklists.
• Contribute to data quality activities and knowledge articles.
