Job summary

Opera Göteborg in Wrocław, Poland is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team on a hybrid basis. You will support employees and managers through the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with local law and internal policies.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, fluency in English (C1), Polish employment law knowledge, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and good working knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
Fluent English (C1) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, promotions and compensation processes.
Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with Polish employment law and internal policies.
Support learning and development initiatives, HR projects and process improvements aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Prepare HR reports, analyze people data and collaborate with Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders on people-related matters.
