Job summary

Revvity Poland Wrocław seeks an HR Specialist to manage onboarding, contracts, offboarding, and employee documentation with strict compliance. You will liaise with payroll providers and support payroll across Poland, Israel and South Africa, while maintaining HRIS data and benefits for Polish staff.

Strong English communication, Polish labor law knowledge, and experience with HR systems (Workday/Optima) are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration covering onboarding, contracts, payroll and records management.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and employee documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, certificates, offboarding, and termination processes.
• Handle HR inquiries via email, chat, and HR Solvve platform.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate payroll data with the payroll service provider and assist Poland-Israel-South Africa payroll support.
• Oversee leave, time and attendance, and data integrity in HRIS; manage benefits administration for Poland.
