Job summary

Aspire Systems Poland in Gdańsk is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations for our Poland Centre, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of HR services to employees and internal stakeholders.

You will manage payroll, benefits, records, and onboarding documentation; coordinate contracts; respond to queries on Polish labour law and ZUS; and collaborate with HR Partners and external vendors to maintain SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and its practical HR applications.
• Experience with payroll, ZUS, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HR/payroll vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Administer leaves and maintain accurate employee records.
• Respond to queries on Polish labour law, payroll, and social security (ZUS).
• Coordinate employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Employee Relations, Payroll, and other HR functions on operational matters.
• Work with external HR/payroll vendors and support vendor management.
• Participate in HR Operations audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure all HR activities meet SLAs and quality standards.
