Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, project management, or analytical roles.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and executive-ready materials experience.
  • Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear narratives and visuals.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely across time zones and manage priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop polished presentations, briefing materials, pre-reads, and decision documents for leadership reviews and executive meetings.
  • Support strategic analyses, secondary research, and synthesis of business insights across workstreams.
  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely strategic materials.
  • Track milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables across strategy projects.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and synthesis of insights.
  • Drive AI implementation and governance within Region North America and conduct ROI assessments.
  • Contribute to building templates and slide libraries for the Strategy & PMO team.

Role Description

As our new Strategy Analyst, you will support key strategic initiatives by helping translate direction, data, and cross-functional input into sharp executive materials, actionable insights, and clear workstream updates.

Your role

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Develop polished presentations, briefing materials, pre-reads, and decision documents for leadership reviews, steering committees, workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Support strategic analyses, secondary research, and synthesis of business insights across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic materials are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
  • Track milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables across strategy projects to support timely execution and follow-through.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends, translating insights into clear and actionable summaries.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and strengthen insight synthesis.
  • Drive AI implementation and governance within Region North America and conduct ROI assessments for AI investments.
  • Contribute to building templates, slide libraries, and best practices that help the Strategy & PMO team work smarter and deliver consistently high-quality outputs.

Your Qualifications

We imagine that you bring:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, project management, or a related analytical role.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities, including experience creating executive-ready materials.
  • Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear narratives, visuals, and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues across time zones and manage priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.

As a person, you bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across functions. You are organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly — even when timelines are tight and priorities are shifting.

You will join the North America Strategy & PMO team, working closely with the Region NA Head of Strategy and PMO and colleagues across strategy, insights, data, analytics, and core business functions. The team plays a central role in driving alignment, execution, and value realization across strategic priorities.
