You will manage onboarding to offboarding, prepare contracts and HR documents, support payroll, respond to queries, maintain records, and collaborate to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
