ABB is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant to support Global HR Operations by leading projects, driving process improvements, and enhancing service delivery and data quality. The role operates in a hybrid model with 8 office days per month and requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and advanced data analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR Operations or related experience.
• Proven PM and Continuous Improvement track record delivering improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with project leadership experience.
• Strong data analytics, KPI governance, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Continuous Improvement and HR Operations projects with planning, execution, and delivery of defined outcomes.
• Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities within HR Operations to improve efficiency and service.
• Analyze data and prepare dashboards to generate insights and strengthen accountability.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels with clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR Operations teams and leadership to implement process optimization initiatives.
• Apply root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks to address challenges.
• Mentor team members in CI and project management practices.
