Capgemini is seeking an HR Transition Specialist to drive improvements in HR and Talent processes using data-driven insights. You will collaborate with process strategy leads and client teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable impact on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves advising on process improvements, analyzing HR datasets, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, reporting, or process excellence.
• Proven experience in process optimisation within large organisations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPIs and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR process improvements and analytics.
• Analyze HR datasets and identify performance drivers.
• Translate insights into business recommendations.
• Create KPI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Work with HR IT systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors.
