Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement HR GBS to drive high‑quality HR operations delivery in a global services environment.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving HR data quality, optimizing processes, supporting governance, and leading HR projects. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and local teams to ensure accurate employee data, implement process controls, and deliver value through automation and standardization.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, GBS, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, position management, payroll inputs, time, benefits, or reporting.
• Experience with HR data quality, data analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience participating in or leading HR projects.
• Good knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
• Very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of HR data across HR systems and operational processes.
• Identify data inconsistencies, root causes, and process gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Define and maintain data quality checks, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Support data audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls related to HR operations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and local teams to ensure accurate and timely employee data management.
