INNOOVA seeks a Senior Consultant Transformation, HRIS & Process Excellence to act as an advisory partner, analyzing client HR processes and designing sustainable target practices. You will be a consultant, facilitator, and change agent shaping practical, actionable solutions.

This role offers a 36‑month growth path to deepen technical configuration expertise across HRIS platforms, with agile client proximity and opportunities to directly contribute to client transformation.

Qualifications

• Impeccable client communication and ability to simplify concepts
• Active listening and translating needs into design
• Facilitate discovery workshops and produce process maps
• Develop actionable transformation roadmaps for clients
• Develop technical configuration skills with 36-month growth plan

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current-state HR processes and identify improvements
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops with client teams
• Design and document target processes, policies, and procedures
• Support HRIS implementation and configuration across modules
• Develop executive recommendations and transformation roadmaps
• Deepen SME knowledge on HRIS platforms
