Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement HR GBS to drive high-quality HR operations within a Global Business Services setting. You will maintain data quality, optimize processes, and lead governance, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and local teams globally.

You will contribute to projects, design controls, and support change management while ensuring compliance and service excellence in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Admin, Data Management, or related field.
• Several years in HR operations, shared services, GBS, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, time, benefits, reporting).
• Experience with HR data quality, data analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading HR projects.
• Good knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel; dashboards/Power BI experience is a plus.
• Very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support HR operations projects, including process transitions and system enhancements.
• Drive data quality, governance, dashboards, and KPIs for HR operations.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles; support automation and standardization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams.
• Provide expert HR operations support and guidance on complex cases.
