Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced R2R Senior Analyst (System Key User) in Kraków (hybrid). You will bridge R2R controls with system functionality, support end-users, and contribute to testing, training and system enhancements to ensure data integrity and compliant processes.

The role requires a finance- or IT-related degree and 4+ years in R2R with SAP, Workday, CFIN or SNOW, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills to lead process improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or IT.
• 4+ years of operational experience in finance or R2R processes.
• Experience with end-to-end R2R and enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, CFIN, SNOW).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect R2R control knowledge with system support to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for end-users on system-related questions and issues.
• Collaborate with IT on system changes, testing (UAT, regression), and release validation.
• Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer for end-users and team members.
• Act as gatekeeper for data integrity and process discipline within the system.
• Support business continuity planning and stakeholder engagement.
