Chapter 2 is recruiting for a transactional, high-volume HR onboarding administrator based in Łódź, Poland. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, drafting Polish and English contracts and coordinating with IT and HR teams to ensure day-one readiness.
Two-plus years in HR administration in an international setting, fluent Polish and English, and strong GDPR data handling skills are required.
Our client is a global aviation software company, and its EMEA team is growing fast. About 20 roles are open right now, mostly in Poland, with more in Sweden and Denmark. They need one person to own everything that happens between a signed offer and a new hire's first day.
The process already exists. Your job is to run it well, at volume, so every new hire is ready to work on day one.
Prepare employment agreements in Polish and English
Start background checks early enough that start dates hold
Set up new hires in the HRIS and create employee IDs
Work with IT to get laptops and system access ready before day one
Work day to day with the client's HR team
2+ years in HR administration, onboarding, or HR operations at an international company
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English. You'll draft contracts in both.
Hands-on experience with HRIS data entry and employment paperwork
Careful, accurate handling of personal data under GDPR
Onboarding experience in Sweden or Denmark
Workday or SuccessFactors
A background in shared services or at an employer of record (EOR)
This is a transactional, high-volume role in an established process. It suits someone who likes getting details right every time. It won't suit someone looking to redesign HR processes.
You'll be contracted through Chapter 2, a specialist talent consultancy. You'll have our team behind you, and when this engagement ends, we'll work with you on your next one.
PLN 8,000-12,000 gross/month (employment contract) or equivalent B2B rate. Final rate depends on experience and contract type.
