Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is offering a hybrid internship to gain experience in talent acquisition and onboarding. You will partner with recruiters to arrange interviews, manage logistics, and ensure timely information sharing.

You will also support contract generation, document verification, and onboarding requirements. The role requires 4th/5th year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, strong Polish and English, and the ability to work at least 35

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless pre-boarding experience coordinating interviews and logistics.
• Serve as a trusted contact for applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment systems and data quality.
• Handle hiring administration including contracts and onboarding docs.
• Create and maintain candidate lifecycle documentation.
