Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking an experienced EHSS & Compliance Lead to manage specification activities, ensure quality, and drive process improvements. You will oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor the team to achieve KPIs in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Quality, Product, Supply Chain, or Production with strong English, communication, and leadership skills. Relocation is not included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Materials Science, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality, Product, Supply Chain, or Production.
• Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHSS & Compliance by managing specification activities in line with PMI standards, legal requirements, and documentation practices.
• Maintain process quality through robust specification processes, stakeholder support, and effective communication.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by optimizing, standardizing, and automating processes while supporting implementation of changes.
• Oversee Specification Execution, ensuring workflow efficiency, process adherence, SLA compliance, and accurate documentation.
• Lead and develop the team through performance management, collaboration, capability building, and succession planning.
• Manage projects & initiatives by tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional activities, and monitoring specification-related changes.
• Govern business service provider performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and resolution of recurring issues.
• Deliver training & capability building to support team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
