Job summary

Philip Morris International is offering an IT internship opportunity in Warsaw. The role involves supporting IT projects across sales, marketing, digital, and e‑commerce, with emphasis on AI tools and Agile methodologies.

You will collaborate with suppliers, translate business needs into technical guidelines, and develop skills in cybersecurity and documentation. The position is hybrid with an hourly rate of 34 PLN gross per hour and a contract of service up to 18 months.

Qualifications

• You are an undergraduate IT student (3rd–5th year) or up to six months after graduation.
• You are familiar with AI functionalities and tools.
• You have project management experience or want to develop in Agile.
• You have very good command of English (written and spoken).
• You have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• You have exposure to Salesforce, AWS, and Atlassian tools.
• You possess technical skills (SQL, Python) as an advantage.
• You are creative, communicative, fast learner with analytical thinking.
• You are eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Availability per week a minimum of 32 hours (4 days).

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT ecosystem projects for sales, marketing, digital, and e‑commerce.
• Provide ongoing systems support with suppliers and assist cybersecurity tasks.
• Analyze and prepare project documentation.
• Develop skills translating business requirements into technical guidelines.
• Use AI tools daily to support project work, documentation, and productivity.
• Work on individual projects and perform technical tasks as needed.
