Job summary

Qualifications

• Last-year students or within 1 year after graduation with a relevant background.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas).
• Interest in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Fluent English; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and calendars across multiple time zones.
• Support survey projects and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Clean, validate and perform preliminary analysis on data using Excel/Power BI.
• Apply weighting, significance testing, regression and validation techniques.
• Prepare reports, graphs and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
• Assist with project documentation and vendor coordination.
