Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking an enthusiastic Order to Cash Associate to support sales order processing and logistics as part of our growing team.

You will review and validate orders, enter transactions, determine availability, track updates, manage invoicing, and help improve systems using SAP and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate sales orders
• Enter orders (manual transactions)
• Determine product and/or service availability and logistics
• Track and manage orders, updates and cancels
• Define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline
• Create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents
• Create manual credit/debit note
• Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction)
• Process manual invoice including sundry invoice
• Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
• Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
