Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is offering a paid internship of up to 12 months for students in 4th/5th year or new graduates. The role involves HR support, 20–40 hours weekly, and daily interaction with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Students of 4th and 5th year or University graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree up to 1 year after graduation
• Preferably candidates available for 20-40 hours per week
• Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
• Problem solver, resourceful, who learns on the fly
• Fluent English speaker
• Good command of the Greek language (preferably B2+ level)
• Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries
• Actively follow upon end-to-end resolution of employee cases
• Maintain requests and employees’ personal data in Success Factors system
• Prepare HR related documentation
