Job summary

Solid is offering a 3-month HR Traineeship in Warsaw with a hybrid work mode (up to 2 days remote, 3 days in the office at Targowek). You will explore Talent Development, Labor Relations, Communications, or Organization Effectiveness and support HR projects.

We seek a 3rd to 5th year student or recent graduate who is fluent in English and Polish, with leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year university student, or a recent graduate from any field of study.
• Fluent in English and Polish languages.
• Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach within diverse organizations and teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 3-month Traineeship with an opportunity to join the team as HR Manager upon successful completion.
• Hybrid working mode – up to 2 days work from home per week, 3 days per week work from office in Targowek, Warsaw.
