Addepar is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to establish our local presence in Poland, building scalable HR processes and nurturing an inclusive culture. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, global tech company.
• Able to make independent decisions and handle confidential information.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) and Google Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish employment laws and compliance.
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the local labour law expert and point of contact for Poland HR & Workplace Ops inquiries.
• Collaborate with Workplace Operations to ensure in-office employee experience aligns with other offices.
• Run benefits and perks programs and advise on renewal planning.
• Own end-to-end local onboarding; manage smooth offboarding and data integrity in HRIS.
• Partner with UK-based People BP to support employee relations; address issues.
• Provide admin for HR systems (e.g., Workday) and maintain audit-ready data.
• Help adapt global policies to the Polish context and manage local vendor relationships.
