Schneider Electric is offering a PAID INTERNSHIP in Warsaw, Poland, for 6 months with a flexible schedule and onboarding training. You will support HR-related queries, interact with employees, and collaborate with senior colleagues across projects in a multinational environment.

The role suits students in psychology, sociology, MBA or management fields who are fluent in English and French. A Buddy/mentor will help development and access to learning platforms is provided.

Qualifications

• Student of psychology/sociology/ MBA/management or related field.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit.
• Passion about customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for Schneider Electric employees regarding HR questions and issues.
• Communicate with employees via phone, chat, and self-service and process requests in systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and experts to resolve queries.
• Research required information using available resources to provide solutions.
• Constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers.
• Identify improvement areas.
