Job summary

You will assist the HR Business Partner team, prepare reports, help organize trainings and events, and participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR.
• Well-organized and self-motivated.
• Proactive team player who enjoys working with people.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Power Platform is an advantage.
• Availability to work from Kraków office on a flexible schedule.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team in day-to-day activities.
• Prepare reports, data analyses, presentations, and HR documentation.
• Assist with the organization of employee training sessions and internal events.
• Support employer branding initiatives and activities.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Help create and maintain communications for employees and managers.
• Assist in the delivery of HR projects and ongoing people initiatives.
