Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Kraków is seeking an ambitious final-year student or recent graduate to join Project Quality Krakow as an intern. You will support daily operations, coordinate inspection activities, and gain exposure to international oil & gas projects within a collaborative team.

This 1-year civil law internship offers hands-on experience in quality administration, reporting, and stakeholder communication, while you develop professional skills in a global energy leader.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe applications and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work from the Kraków office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritise incoming inspection notifications.
• Coordinate Quality attendance for in-house activities and notify the customer.
• Coordinate Quality attendance for activities at supplier locations and notify internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Maintain effective communication between the TechnipFMC project team, customers, and suppliers.
• Arrange inspectors as required.
• Review and verify inspection reports.
• Attend regular project meetings when required.
• 1-year civil law contract for an internship.

Project Quality Krakow is part of the TechnipFMC organization, providing quality and operational support to global Oil & Gas projects worldwide.
