Job summary

Air Liquide Kraków is seeking an HR Service Delivery professional to be the central contact for employee HR inquiries across multiple channels, including ticketing, Live Chat, and phone. You will independently resolve inquiries using policies and internal resources, coaching colleagues as needed.

The role involves data integrity in Workday, mass data uploads, benefits and payroll support, and collaboration with GPOs to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR service delivery or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to coach a team.
• Proficiency with Workday and MS Office; mass data uploads a plus.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for employee HR inquiries across channels.
• Independently resolve HR inquiries using policies and internal resources.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex concerns.
• Identify knowledge gaps and improve the knowledge base.
• Generate reports on service delivery performance.
• Manage employee data in Workday and perform data updates.
• Support benefits, payroll, and other HR functions as needed.
• Perform mass data uploads into the system.
