Concentrix CVG International Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin is seeking an HR Documentation Specialist on a part-time basis to manage personnel documentation, prepare data and reports, and update HR/payroll systems.

You will be the first point of contact for employment-related queries, handle onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate data across Workday, Enova or Płatnik. A strong English (B2) and Polish (C1) proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) and Polish (C1) are required.
• HR/People Solutions experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Polish labour law is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters and changes during employment.

Job Title: HR Documentation Specialist - part-time, Szczecin office

Job Description

First point of contact for employees, handling employee personnel documentation, preparing data and reports, entering data into HR and payroll systems.

Our responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all general employment related queries
• Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters and any other changes during employment
• Collaborate with our internal Payroll Team to ensure a smooth payroll process
• Update our HR/People Solutions database (Workday, Enova or Płatnik) with changes to personal and employment data
• Have ownership for onboarding and off boarding our employees ensuring our employees get the best experience during their time with us
• Support other business requests and People Solutions projects as necessary

Our requirements:

• Very good level of English, allowing fluent communication both verbal and written (B2) as well as C1 in Polish
• Initial experience working in HR/People Solutions or in a comparable role will be considered as plus
• Knowledge of Polish labour law will be a great advantage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail
