Biopharma Careers is expanding its HR Direct team in Poland, seeking an HRDirect Junior Specialist to handle inquiries and provide user support for HR systems. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to employees and internal customers via email and telephone in German and English.

You should have around 1 year of HR support experience and a higher education in HR or related field. A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn on the job are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (min. B2/C1) and English (min. B2).
• About 1 year of professional experience supporting employees or customers with HR queries.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing HR Direct team.
• Completed higher education preferably in HR.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact: independently handle all incoming HR inquiries and provide user support for HR systems.
• Drive Employee Experience: advise employees and HR interfaces with high-quality service in German and English.
• Process Ownership: manage and administer HR processes ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate & Innovate: work with HRBPs and other HR functions on process improvements.
• Build Knowledge: maintain and expand internal and external knowledge base.
• Participate in Competence Centers: contribute to areas like Recruiting and provide updates and training.
• Measure Success: track service quality against targets and drive continuous improvement.
