Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an HR Service Specialist focused on Workday to support employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will use Workday or other HR systems to process transactions, maintain data, and ensure timely resolution of HR requests and cases.

You will provide first-line HR advisory, handle onboarding, changes, leaves and offboarding, and maintain data with confidentiality. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience delivering first-line HR support.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems.
• Understanding of lifecycle transactions (onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding).
• Experience maintaining employee data and following workflows.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advisory to employees and managers through service channels.
• Support lifecycle processes in Workday or other HR systems, including onboarding.
• Process HR transactions following defined workflows and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee data.
• Manage HR cases and document actions, tracking progress.
• Guide employees on HR processes and Workday self-service.
• Prepare employee letters and process records per standards.
• Investigate issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately and ensure follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and data quality.
