Job summary

AstraZeneca in Warsaw is seeking an HR Workforce Data Specialist to manage employee data within HRIS across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding. You will draft contracts and HR documents, handle ServiceNow tickets, and ensure data accuracy in Workday and SAP.

Additionally, you will contribute to data reporting efforts, support HR projects, and help improve processes while maintaining a service-oriented mindset in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• High data accuracy and strong data quality mindset.
• German language proficiency required (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end employee data management in HRIS (Workday, SAP).
• Draft and update HR documents, contracts, and forms.
• HR admin support via ServiceNow with timely ticket resolution.
• Prepare and validate HR reports ensuring data integrity.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
