Husqvarna Group in Warsaw is seeking a P&O Data Operations Specialist to provide HR admin support, manage data quality, and drive process improvements in a hybrid, international setting. You will work with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and data tools to analyze information and deliver practical improvements.

Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI is preferred. The role involves collaboration with HR Partners, Recruiters and local teams, with three days in the office and two remote days in

Qualifications

• Advanced HR systems knowledge: execute, troubleshoot & test processes.
• Strong analytical thinking with data orientation to identify trends and issues.
• Proficient in AI-enabled daily work and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, change management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Services: provide admin support in assigned HR processes and handle Tier 0–1 queries.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes, systems and ways of working.
• Maintain and update Knowledge and Learning base to support users.
• Support projects and initiatives expanding scope of services.
