Job summary

Electrolux Group is hiring an HR Data Analyst to strengthen our HR Operations Team. Based in Europe with a hybrid work model, you will transform HR data into actionable insights to support workforce decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in an HR environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workforce trends and metrics (headcount/FTE, labor cost, turnover, absence, engagement, diversity).
• Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
• Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Track redundancy cost and allocate costs with Finance.
• Support cyclical HR processes with data insights.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence to improve people cost indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity with regular quality checks.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying reporting and analytics.
