Acting as the bridge between HR Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that our processes are simple, scalable, compliant, and enabled by best-in-class digital solutions. This role requires a strong combination of Workday expertise, process excellence, and change agility. You will identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, drive standardization across regions, and help shape the future of our people processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
