The role bridges HR Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure simple, scalable, compliant processes enabled by World-class digital solutions.

You will leverage Workday expertise and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across regions, in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday expertise and HR technology experience.
• Experience driving data governance and HR processes at scale.
• Proven ability to lead process standardization and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global employee lifecycle and people data processes.
• Act as global SME for People Data and Workday-related processes.
• Partner with HR Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Lead standardization initiatives across regions and functions.
• Drive automation and digital transformation to improve efficiency and data quality.
