Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform HR data into insights that support effective workforce decisions and operational excellence. The role is based in Europe with a hybrid working model and reports to the HR Director Operations EMEA and APAC.

You will develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs, collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams, and ensure high-quality data and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics or data reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workforce trends and metrics such as headcount, labor cost, turnover, absence, engagement, diversity.
• Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (e.g., FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
• Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and HR needs.
• Track redundancy cost and ensure proper allocation of cost in coordination with Finance.
• Support cyclical HR processes (budget, strategic plan, workforce planning, surveys, rewards cycles) with data insights.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence to monitor and improve people cost indicators (overtime, breaks, benefits, bonuses).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality checks and reconciliations.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by simplifying reporting and enabling analytics through digital tools.
