Adecco, a global leader relocating HR processes to its Warsaw HUB, seeks an HR Controlling/HR Analysis professional to support headcount and personnel cost budgeting, monthly HR cost closing, and data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll teams, ensuring data quality and process improvement while operating in a multilingual environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Controlling or HR analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Data quality and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work with HR, Finance and Payroll teams.
• Strong English communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between Finance and HR stakeholders.
• Support headcount and personnel cost budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly HR cost closing entries (accruals, intercompany entries).
• Deliver regular headcount and personnel cost reports.
