Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across two manufacturing sites in Northern Poland. The role combines operational excellence with strategic leadership, partnering with the Managing Director, Plant Directors and senior management to drive growth and transformation.

You will develop HR analytics, KPIs and data-driven decisions while overseeing recruitment, development, compensation and employee relations.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across two manufacturing sites in Northern Poland. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence with a strategic mindset, acting as a true business partner to the Managing Director, Plant Directors and management team.

Our Client is an international manufacturing company with a strong presence in Poland and a significant operational workforce. The organization is currently undergoing a period of growth and transformation, creating an opportunity to further strengthen and develop its HR function.

• Lead and develop the HR function across two manufacturing sites.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Managing Director, Plant Directors and management team.
• Support the organization's growth and workforce expansion, with a particular focus on blue-collar recruitment and retention.
• Develop and strengthen HR analytics, KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and improve key HR indicators, including turnover, absenteeism and workforce stability.
• Oversee key HR processes, including recruitment, retention, employee development, compensation and employee relations.
• Lead and develop the existing HR team, including HR Administration & Payroll and Health & Safety.
• Drive local HR initiatives and participate in global HR projects.
• Contribute to projects related to pay transparency, job evaluation and HR digitalization.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and introduce new tools and solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the two sites and the wider organization.

Profil kandydata

• Has several years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or other large-scale operational environment.
• Has strong experience working with blue-collar populations and understands the realities of a production environment.
• Combines strong operational HR expertise with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
• Has a strong interest in HR analytics, KPIs and data-driven HR and can translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and acting as a sparring partner for management.
• Is proactive, independent and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
• Enjoys working in an environment undergoing change and rapid growth.
• Has a hands-on approach and is willing to get close to the business and employees.
• Is open, energetic and comfortable working in an informal, non-hierarchical culture.
• Has good command of English, enabling effective cooperation in an international organization.
