Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to join our Warsaw team. You will partner with management to deliver employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management while maintaining Poland-specific employment practices.

The role is office-based in Warsaw with some work-from-home flexibility, reflecting our collaborative culture and focus on results. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, fluent Polish and strong English, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partner.
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent in Polish and strong professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management.
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
• Develop and present employee and management trainings.

This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.
