Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to join our Warsaw team. You will partner with management to deliver employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management while maintaining Poland-specific employment practices.

The role is office-based in Warsaw with some work-from-home flexibility, reflecting our collaborative culture and focus on results. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, fluent Polish and strong English, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partner.
Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
Fluent in Polish and strong professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management.
Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
Develop and present employee and management trainings.
