Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Kraków is seeking an HR Advisory Manager to lead end-to-end advisory services for the German market. You will manage a team across advisory functions, collaborate with HRBPs and Centres of Expertise, and drive governance, efficiency and employee experience in a global services environment.

The role requires fluent English and German, a related university degree, and a track record in complex, multinational HR advisory.

Qualifications

• Solid HR advisory experience in an international or shared services environment.
• Fluency in English and German (C1) focusing on advisory capabilities.
• Strong governance, policy application and risk-aware recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR advisory delivery for the German market across multiple advisory functions.
• Coach and develop Advisors, Specialists and Generalists in a high-performance culture.
• Act as central escalation point for complex employee relations and policy matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Centres of Expertise and business stakeholders to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Drive efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience through standardisation and governance.
