Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an HR Advisor Manager fluent in English and German to deliver end-to-end HR advisory services for the German market. You will lead People Partner Advisory teams, supporting HRBPs and stakeholders across advisory matters and programmes.

The role emphasizes governance, efficiency, and strong employee experience in a hybrid Kraków office setting with competitive benefits.

Formación

• University degree in HR, Management, Law or Business Psychology (or related).
• Fluency in English and German (min. C1).
• Experience with HRBPs, Centres of Expertise, stakeholders and People Services Operations.
• Solid HR advisory experience in international/shared services or matrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Advisors, Specialists and Generalists to maintain high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Act as central escalation point for complex employee relations and policy matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Centres of Expertise and business stakeholders to drive advisory outcomes.
• Improve efficiency through standardisation, automation and governance.
• Identify recurring advisory issues and recommend process/content improvements.
• Coach team on advisory judgement, case documentation and stakeholder communication.
