Genpact in Poland is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to support payroll processing, deductions, bonuses, taxes, and benefits administration in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

The role requires German language proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2) and relevant payroll qualifications (CPP or PHR). This is a hybrid position with regular work-shift hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in commerce, economics or finance; Master’s in business or analytics is a plus.
• CPP - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or PHR - Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning credentials are desirable.
• Experience with Global Payroll and HR systems (SAP ERP, Workday) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries.
• Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
