Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Fleet Reliability Operations engineer in Warsaw to manage provisioning, uptime, and the fleet of server nodes for high‑performance GPUs. You will handle configuration, updates, and remote troubleshooting across data center platforms while supporting rapid expansion of our compute capacity.
Ideal candidates will have strong Linux administration and scripting skills, plus experience in data center infrastructure and observability tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with Linux system administration and internals.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues reliably.
- Scripting or programming experience for automation.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain large-scale HPC clusters with GPUs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; coordinate with data center teams to resolve.
- Monitor system performance and implement remediation for cloud health.
- Adapt to shifting priorities with flexibility and optimism.
- Document team processes, best practices, and runbooks.
- Collaborate to improve team efficiency and CSAT.
- Participate in on-call rotations including after hours and weekends.
