Job summary

CoreWeave is building its EMEA fleet operations from Warsaw and you will lead it as Director, owning the roadmap 12–18 months ahead and shaping the function to fit regional realities.

You will build teams, processes, and metrics, lead incident war rooms, and report results to the global fleet team alongside US and APAC.

The role requires 15+ years in infra engineering, leading 25+ on-site teams, Python/Linux, Prometheus/Grafana, and a track record with GPU/dense compute fleets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure engineering, including 10+ leading mission-critical server or cluster operations, with experience leading through other managers and running teams of 25+ in size.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Fleet Operations roadmap, planning capacity, headcount, and regional needs 12–18 months ahead of demand.
